With a history of training basketball and jiu-jitsu, recovering and rehabbing personal injuries, being introduced to the gym by my father who was also a personal trainer, I might be the trainer for you. Having a natural affinity towards all things sports and training, becoming a personal trainer was a natural step for me in my journey as I want to give back to others for all that others have given to me. I work with people of all levels, from complete beginners to regular gym-goers looking to push their performance. My goal is to make training approachable, enjoyable, and tailored to you.
