I know what it feels like to walk in the gym and not feel like you don't belong there. For years I avoided weights because the space felt intimidating and unwelcoming. I want to create the opposite kind of environment through my Personal Training and provide a space to anyone who has ever felt out of place in fitness, where they can actually feel strong, safe and supported.
I work with people from all walks of life but specialise in working with beginners and members of the LGBTQ+ community, creating a welcoming space where fitness feels empowering—not intimidating. Whether you are stepping into the gym first time or just ready to feel healthier and more powerful, I will meet you exactly where you are.
My sessions are tailored to your lifestyle, not a cookie cutter programme! That means real nutrition advice, training that works with your schedule and focuses on celebrating progress not punishment. I am a believer that fitness should be empowering not another thing that makes you feel "not enough".
