I'm a lifelong fitness enthusiast with a strong foundation in resistance training and a passion for running, football, and golf. I'm currently training for my second marathon with the goal of finishing under 4 hours, and I've been playing golf since childhood, working to bring my handicap down to single digits this season.
After heading to sunny Brighton to study Sports Journalism, I decided to follow my true passion for health and fitness. Now, I bring that same enthusiasm and drive into every PT session.
