About me

With a background in professional football in England, I began my career as a player before moving into football recruitment, specialising in identifying and developing youth talent. This led me to create my own recruitment and talent development school, where I worked closely with aspiring professional athletes, focusing on performance, discipline, and long-term athletic development.

Throughout my career, I’ve consistently worked alongside high-performance athletes, gaining extensive experience in movement efficiency, physical preparation, and injury-aware training within elite sporting environments.

Returning to Northern Ireland, I now bring this experience into a more accessible setting, working with the general population. My focus is on supporting individuals with movement limitations, stiffness, or reduced mobility, helping them rebuild confidence in how they move day to day.

My training approach is centred around Pilates-based programming, with an emphasis on posture correction, controlled movement, core stability, and long-term functional strength. I believe that improving fundamental movement patterns can significantly enhance quality of life, reduce discomfort, and support sustainable physical wellbeing.

My goal is simple: to bridge the gap between elite-level performance knowledge and everyday movement health, helping people move better, feel stronger, and regain control of their physical capability.
