About me

My journey into fitness is personal. Having experienced pregnancy both without training and with structured, supported exercise, I saw first-hand the life-changing difference it made to my strength, recovery, confidence and overall wellbeing. That experience led me to become a Personal Trainer, so I could support other women through the same stages with clarity, reassurance and expert guidance.

I specialise in pre and postnatal fitness, helping women stay active during pregnancy and rebuild strength safely after birth. My coaching goes beyond exercise — focusing on safe movement, improved pregnancy experience, healthier recovery, rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, and helping women feel like themselves again during a major life transition. Sessions are fully tailored to each trimester, recovery stage, ability and individual goal, always designed to fit around the realities of motherhood.

Alongside this, I offer general personal training for women at any stage of their fitness journey, whether the goal is fat loss, strength building, returning as a beginner, or improving physical and mental wellbeing. My approach is realistic, education-based and confidence-focused.

I bring high energy, positivity and encouragement to every session, creating a supportive environment where clients feel capable, empowered and motivated. Combining professional knowledge with lived experience, I provide safe, structured and progressive training that delivers long-term results.
