I know what it feels like to be that woman in the gym, wandering around, not really knowing what to do, wishing you weren’t there and feeling completely intimidated by the weights area. That was me once and that experience is exactly why I coach the way I do now.
I help women who feel overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or stuck in the cycle of ‘trying again’ finally feel strong, capable, and supported in their journey. My coaching is about building sustainable habits and falling in love with the process of shaping a better you without feeling rushed, judged or alone.
