I’ve been working in personal training and strength coaching for over 4 years, helping clients of all levels achieve their fitness goals. As a British national competitor in powerlifting, I know what it takes to build strength, improve technique, and stay motivated.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching multiple world champions in powerlifting, and I bring that same expertise to every client I work with - whether you’re aiming to compete, get stronger, or simply feel more confident in your training.

I pride myself on being friendly, supportive, and understanding, creating a positive and encouraging environment so that every session is enjoyable and effective. I design bespoke training programs tailored to your goals, combining strength, technique, and the right guidance to help you succeed.
