About me

Hello, I'm Shifty @shifty.fitness

With up to 8 years of military experience, fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I started with cross-country running but soon fell in love with strength training, muscle building, and eating right. The best thing about being ex-military is the discipline it teaches—because whether your goal is to build muscle or lose weight, discipline is the one thing you can’t cheat. I know what it takes to stay consistent, and I can teach you the same, guiding you every step of the way toward your goals.

If you’re lacking energy, we’ll get the right food and nutrients in you. If you’re lacking motivation, that’s where I come in. Show up, stay consistent, and stay disciplined—because that beats anything else the world can offer. I’ll guide you every step of the way.
