Hi, I'm Nicha
Becoming the best version of you starts with understanding your body and believing that you are capable of more.
I coach women to build strength and confidence both physically and mentally, by learning how to train with purpose and develop strong foundations. As a national powerlifter, my coaching isn't just for athletes or focused purely on aesthetics - it's about helping everyday women feel stronger, healthier and more secure in their own bodies.
Progress begins with the basics: moving better, building solid technique, and understanding why you're doing what you're doing. Body composition improves as a result of smart training and habits that makes sense for you - not quick fixes or fad diets.
Walking into the gym shouldn't feel intimidating or confusing. Maybe you've second guessed yourself or underestimated what you're capable of - but that can change.
