Hi, I'm Nicha
My strongest motivation as a coach is helping people build strength, move better and feel more confident both in and out of the gym.
From my own experience as a national level lifter with a background in dance and swimming - I've seen how strength and movement can completely change not only your performance but also your everday life. That's what inspired me to become a coach, to help others unlock the same potential in themsleves.
I specalise in weight, resistance and strength training - not just to help you look your best but to improve what your body can do! Whether thats lifting heavier, moving painfree or simply feeling stronger in daily life - we will build a program tailored to you. My coaching is built on the priciple that good movement comes first. By mastering technique and form, you'll train more effectively and reduce the risk of injury. I use science driven stratergies, progressive and recovery training along with nutrition support to help you push boundaries and see consistent results.
