About me

I help women become stronger versions of themselves, whatever stage of life they're in. Strength training is one of the most powerful tools women can use to improve their health, confidence and resilience. It's not just about how you look—it's about building a body that's capable for life. This principle has shaped my coaching since 2018, helping clients lose body fat, build strength and improve fitness, wellbeing and confidence.

I've been training for over 10 years, with my approach evolving alongside different stages of life. From building strength to training throughout pregnancy, rebuilding postpartum and now balancing fitness alongside motherhood, I've experienced first-hand how exercise needs to adapt as life changes. That experience has reinforced my belief that exercise should work with your life, not against it. My coaching style is supportive, honest and results-focused.
