Hello my name is Idrees, and I believe in fitness is for everyone.
If you want to get stronger, build muscle or finally lose the weight that’s been holding you back, I’m here to help you do it in a way that actually fits your life. I come from an athletics, boxing and protective services background and now train with a bodybuilding style, but I still love the functional side of training, so you’ll feel fitter, move better and look the part too.
I’ve been through my own fitness journey, dropping body fat for my health and building muscle for confidence, so I know exactly how it feels to be starting out, feeling unsure, and wondering if you can really change. My coaching is all about clear, simple plans, support and accountability so you’re never guessing what to do just turning up, putting the work in and seeing progress week after week.
