Hi, I’m Tom and Fitness and sport have been an integral part of my life, starting with a passion for football developed from the age of 6 and has continued to the current day, integrating in strength and hypertrophy training. My own fitness journey has taught me the value of consistency, discipline, sustainable habits and fueling the body right to maximize the results, notably I have lost 15kg while still retaining key muscle mass-something I now aim to help others achieve through structured training and guidance. It has also been a vital component in improving my mental strength, confidence, self-discipline and accountability. It has helped push the boundaries to what I believe is possible for myself, creating someone I am internally proud of. However, I understand each individual is unique and I will look to individually tailor my coaching to get the most out of you, whether that is building strength, losing weight or need a motivational push.
