I am an experienced personal trainer with a wealth of knowledge in exercise and nutrition. I’ve been training for 7 years with a focus on bodybuilding which taught me all I know about strength building and hypertrophy. In 2024 I decided to make the move to endurance sports, and I am now training for an Ironman.
