Hi I’m Jordan, personal trainer and founder of Fitness By JT!
I’ve been training for 5 years now, and the biggest thing I’ve learnt is that real change doesn’t come from perfection. It comes from consistency, structure and the small things you do everyday. I try to get 1% better everyday, and that same mindset is what I bring to everyone I work with!
With Fitness By JT, I focus on building habits that stick, not quick fixes. Every week, we check in to review progress, celebrate wins and set achievable goals for the week ahead. That way, you stay accountable, motivated and steadily move towards your bigger fitness goals.
