About me

I help people get stronger, feel confident in the gym, and build a healthier relationship with food. I came into fitness because I was tired of getting in my own way. Tired of starting again Monday. Tired of overthinking food. Tired of not feeling at home in my own body. Training changed that; it gave me confidence, clarity, and a feeling of being on my own team again. Alongside lifting, walking and hiking have always been a personal anchor- supporting both my physical health and mental clarity.

Now I help others experience that same shift.

As a former caterer, and a lifelong food & music lover, I don’t believe in all-or-nothing. Food is culture, connection, and joy - so we learn how to fuel well and live well, as well as showing you how strong you actually are.
