Hi, I’m Grant!
I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 12 years and in that time, I've helped 100's of busy people lose over 25kg and coached many others to look and feel their best for weddings, holidays and fitness photoshoots.
I've also been where you’ve been, walked the walk more than once. I lost 24kg in 24 weeks, completed 2 professional fitness photoshoots & competed in a physique competition.
Having gotten high level results with myself and 100’s of my clients, I know exactly what it takes and what level of support you need, and it’s much more than just an hour session. That’s why every client gets a personalised roadmap to follow, bespoke training program and nutrition with ongoing WhatsApp support and education outside of our sessions.
