Hi I'm Paul and I’m a Strength and Mobility Coach and have been a Personal Trainer for over six years.
I’m also a qualified 500-hour Yoga Teacher with a degree in Dance, and I’ve been teaching movement practices for more than a decade.
Whether you’re new to training or have been exercising regularly for some time, my method is simple: focus on building functional strength and mobility.
I’ll teach you to master correct movement technique, optimise your performance, build muscle, and become the healthiest version of yourself.
I combine Calisthenics, Weightlifting, and Yoga/Mobility to create a unique and comprehensive blueprint for mastering your own body.
