- A brand new women's workout space with a lifting zone with squat racks and a free weights area with adjustable benches, dumbbells (up to 30kg) and a Smith machine. Plus, we have a mix of upper- and lower-body-focused fixed pin equipment along with plenty of glute-focused machines!
- A brand new functional training zone with wall ball targets, handstand boards, HIIT cardio kit and accessories.
- A brand new Shape zone, our beginner-friendly strength zone, featuring lighter barbells, dumbbells, glute-focused machines, and benches — ideal for building strength with confidence
- Loads of fresh kit across the club, including more lifting stations
- Upgraded fitness studio
