I began my own personal training journey back in 2019, after almost 2 years of sporadic gym visits, doing classes and jogging on the treadmill. I was "going through the motions" and as a result I wasn't feeling or seeing the results I wanted. I was stuck, and unsure what to do. I was hesitant to use any unfamiliar resistance machines, and the free weight area was intimidating, I just didn't know what was best, for me and my goals.
Working with a personal trainer kept me accountable, I began to see results and my confidence grew, not just in the gym but outside too. It was a real turning point for me.
So don't make the same mistake I did and spend 2 years just "going through the motions" time is precious, act now and take back control of your health, wellbeing and fitness.
