Over 220 pieces of quality kit
However, we’re confident you will love being with us because although we’re a cheap gym we have more than 220 top-quality pieces of equipment throughout every one of our sites. Get your body moving and your heart pumping by jumping on our cross trainers, treadmills, steppers and rowers, or taking a spin on our fantastic range of computerised cycles.
Over 50 free classes a week
And for those of you who prefer to work out in a group environment you will be spoiled for choice as we have more than 50 free classes, including circuits, weight loss, muscle gain and for those who want to try something different, box fit - a non-contact session which still manages to pack a punch. For a small fee we also have yoga classes for those of you who prefer a slower work-out in a relaxing atmosphere.
Come and join us by becoming a member online and kickstart your new lifestyle with a free induction from a qualified instructor who will show you how the equipment works and give you tips on the right gear and exercise for you. If you want to test the water first, book a day pass online and see what we have to offer.
We have a free car park on site with plenty of space, but please remember to register each time you visit. It’s easy – enter your car registration on the terminal inside the club each time you come to the gym and this signs you in for 2.5 hours of free parking (plenty of time for a good workout!) Once you’re done, you’ve got 30 minutes to leave the car park after leaving the club.
