Hey, I'm Tom!
I've always been involved in sports - between the ages of 10 and 19, I played competitive volleyball. That sparked my passion for movement even more, which eventually led me to fitness. After stepping away from volleyball, I turned to the gym to build confidence and improve my physique. Over the years, consistency became my biggest asset. It helped me to develop healthy habits and stay accountable even on the hard days. Along the way, I gained a valuable experience in training, nutrition and mindset. Now, I'm a qualified Personal Trainer here to help others do the same!
My approach is simple - master the basics first. Correct technique and smart training are essential for progress and injury prevention. Once your foundation is solid, we'll build from there - whether you're a beginner or experienced. Whether your goal is weight loss, toning-up, strength training or improving your general fitness - we'll work together to build a stronger, healthier and more confident version of YOU both physically and mentally!
