With over 40 years of experience in fitness — from bodybuilding and kickboxing to calisthenics and general fitness.
I bring both old-school training wisdom and a fresh, relatable approach to staying fit at any age. My journey has taken me from competing on stage, to earning a black belt in kickboxing, to photographing world-class athletes for Flex magazine and writing calisthenics articles for Muscle & Fitness magazine. I’ve been coached by legends, worked with professional sports teams, and learned first-hand what it takes to build strength, mobility, and resilience for life.
But my expertise isn’t just about pushing limits, it’s also about navigating life’s changes. Having gone through peri- to post-menopause myself, I understand how challenging it can be to maintain energy, strength, and a healthy body composition during this stage. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach; it’s multi-faceted and deeply personal. I use proven strategies to help women in midlife regain confidence, improve bone density, boost metabolic health, and feel mentally sharper.
