To get a PIN reminder sent to you by email, please head to our website and follow the instructions on-screen. You should receive it within the next 10 minutes.
If you're logged into the app, you can also get a PIN reminder by selecting the orange 'Gym Access' button in the bottom right of the 'You' page.
Alternatively, your PIN can be found on any Direct Debit Advance Notice emails that we sent to you.
