How do I cancel my monthly membership?
The easiest way to cancel your PureGym membership is through the online cancellation process. Please cancel your membership at least 4 working days before your next payment is due to ensure no further payments are collected. Once that's done, your membership will end the day before your next payment day.
Log in to this part of your Member's Area here and then follow the steps to cancel your membership.
Before you cancel, did you know you can pause your membership?
If you're only wanting to cancel for a period of time, why not freeze your membership instead.
We've made it really easy to freeze! Head to the My Gym Pass' section of the Member's Area on our website, go to the 'Freeze or cancel your membership' tab, and then select 'Freeze your subscription'.
Cancellation Steps
Log in to your Member's Area . Select 'Manage' on the ‘Your Gym Pass’ tile and then select ‘Freeze or Cancel Your Membership’. From here, you can follow the cancellation instructions.
Is there another way to cancel?
You can also terminate your membership by cancelling your payment agreement through your bank. This needs to be done at least 4 working days before your next payment is due to ensure no further payments are collected.
Planning on returning to PureGym in the future?
If you're coming back soon, we recommend that you freeze your membership. Freezing your membership locks in the price you pay, so you won’t see any monthly price increases, and there will be no joining fee when you come back.
For Core members, it costs £6.99 per month to freeze your membership, and you won’t have to pay your monthly membership fee. PureGym Plus members can freeze their membership for up to 3 months in a 12-month period at no cost.
