I’m a Level 4 Personal Trainer with an HND in Sports Therapy, specialising in fat loss, muscle building, and injury- aware training.
With a strong background in both performance and rehabilitation, I take a structured, evidence-based approach to help clients build strength, improve movement, and achieve sustainable results without extreme methods.
I’m also qualified in Level 4 Sports Massage, giving me a deeper understanding of recovery and injury prevention so your training is not only effective but built to last.
In addition, I support clients using GLP-1 medications, helping manage energy levels, maintain muscle mass, and build long-term habits alongside their treatment.
