About me

With a background in dance since the age of six and advanced qualifications in the discipline, I’ve spent years honing my understanding of movement, discipline, and body awareness. I now teach dance classes and continue to share that passion with others.

Alongside dance, I’ve trained consistently in the gym for over five years, which is where my love for fitness truly evolved. I’m currently in my final year studying Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation at the University of Kent — further deepening my knowledge of the human body, injury prevention, and recovery.

Working as a Sports Therapist with a rugby club, I support athletes through targeted rehabilitation and personalised strength and conditioning based on their specific needs and playing positions. This experience has shown me how vital proper training is — not just for performance, but for long-term health and injury prevention.

I became a qualified Personal Trainer to help others achieve their fitness goals while learning how to care for their bodies through smart, effective training.
