I love training and have done for years, but I can also acknowledge how anxiety provoking and confusing it can be in the beginning. Exercise not only benefits your health, but also improves moral, confidence and mental health. As a personal trainer it’s my aim to help other people achieve their aspirations and enjoy exercise the same way I learnt to.
I earnt my level 3 personal training qualification in December 2024 and have been training people since. I’ve enjoyed working with a diverse group of people and taken great pride in seeing them become a healthier, happy version of themselves.
