I've been training for over 20 years and have lived and breathed a wide range of sports, including football, rugby, and American football.
Over the years, I've challenged myself in long-distance running, CrossFit, HYROX, and bodybuilding, giving me a deep and varied understanding of what the body-and the mind-can achieve.
I'm extremely passionate about health and fitness and dedicated to helping people become the strongest , healthiest, and most confident version of themselves.
My approach combines structured training, simple but effective nutrition guidance, and mindset coaching to ensure sustainable results.
