That passion led me to become a Level 3 Personal Trainer, combining my background in dance with my love for fitness. My approach is all about building long-term, sustainable habits that make you feel strong, confident, and balanced. I take a holistic view of health, helping you create a routine that fits your lifestyle — not the other way around.
