Welcome to our Bath Spring Wharf gym

Train with confidence at the UK's favourite gym. Join now.

Following government instruction, our gyms in England will be closed from 10pm on Wednesday 4th November for 4 weeks. Members’ payments will be frozen from Thursday 5th November and you will not be charged while your gym is closed. All Direct Debit payments will be automatically frozen and so there is nothing that you need to do. We expect to reopen the gym at the end of the lockdown period and look forward to welcoming you back then.

Please note, our Bath Spring Wharf gym is currently exceptionally busy. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our members, we have temporarily increased the joining fee at this gym to £50. If and when we're able to start accepting more members this will be reduced, so please do check back again at a later date.

If your gym wishlist includes access to everything you need to achieve your fitness goal for a great low price, you're in luck. PureGym Bath Spring Wharf offers members unlimited use of a superb choice of state-of-the-art kit and more than 50 gym classes each week, most of which are included in our contract-free memberships. In addition, we're the perfect choice for early birds and night owls as we're open 24/7.

As you drive away from Bath on the Lower Bristol Road (A36), you'll see us on the right-hand side shortly after the BMW garage and opposite the Royal Oak pub.

Bath Spring Wharf gym reviews

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Students ain’t at home now!! Staff always walking around cleaning which is good, plenty of cleaning stations around which is good. The amount of students I see jumping from one machine to the next without wiping is disgusting. It needs to be monitored. I clean every machine and piece of equipment I use ready for the next person. I find myself cleaning it twice when I sit there and watch students just walk off without cleaning. Maybe there used to there mummy’s cleaning up after them but there in public now and others to think about. Oh and gyms way to busy now

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not able to access classes Really disappointed that I’ve not been able to access any classes as they are always very quickly booked but not always full - are people booking and not attending - very frustrating may have to cancel membership as there is no point if I can’t do classes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well run and clean I try and go when the numbers are 60 or under - early in the day seems to be the best time. See staff regularly cleaning equipment and most gym users are pretty good about cleaning stuff down after use. Can generally get on equipment, but it is really annoying when people use benches as, well a bench, to look at their phones for protracted periods of time. Same for some of the leg machines. on the whole though, it’s a great place. I do like the fact you can check how busy it is before leaving the house.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good Try and put more bench press zones and machine area seems cramped. Also, stop changing the membership price. Otherwise really good. Best thing is its 24/7.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, but busy. It's a busy gym so trying to get on the equipment you want to get on can be difficult.
