My background includes military physical training experience, boxing coaching, and strength work. That shapes how I coach today: clear, disciplined progression.  Whether you want to drop weight, move better, learn to box, or push performance, I’ll meet you where you are and give you a plan you can stick to. Training with me is about mindset, and habits that carry into daily life. You’ll learn solid technique, stay accountable, and build momentum session by session.
