About me

My name is Caitlin and I work with people who feel stuck in their fitness. This could mean being underweight, wanting to lose weight, or feeling like progress has stalled. I focus on muscle growth and body recomposition so you can build strength, improve your shape, and create results that last without obsessing over the scales.

Having adapted my own training around health challenges, I understand how difficult progress can feel at times. I make training suitable for each person, so it fits into your life and feels achievable. Alongside strength training, I have a real passion for Pilates because it builds strong fundamentals: a solid core, better posture, improved flexibility, effective breathing, sharper focus, and stronger mind-to-muscle connection. These qualities carry over into the gym and everyday life, helping you perform and feel better overall. I incorporate Pilates techniques into my coaching, as they help lay the foundations that lead to lasting results.
