Hi Im Ellie, Ive had a passion for sport and fitness from a very young age, from playing netball growing up to then finding a love for the gym 4 years ago. Im here to help you and to inspire others to become the most confident version of themselves. From mental health struggles as a teenager continuing into my adulthood, I believe that fitness is a vital part of helping me day to day to manage it. For me, its not just about the physical changes, its also the mental clarity and sense of accomplishment after every workout and achieving desired goals and the healthy routine that gave my life structure when everything else felt a bit chaotic that helped make a real difference to developing a positive mental health. I specialise in supporting women in a variety of areas, from body confidence, body fat reduction, muscle tone and development and all areas in between, however my main goal is to help build Women a sustainable, balanced and healthy lifestyle for individuals in all areas including fitness, nutrition and healthy habit building. My goal as a personal trainer is to create a supportive environment where you can discover your inner strength both physically and mentally. You will see me instructing classes and I also offer 1-1 pt sessions, 2-1 pt sessions, small group training and online coaching for those looking for a little more flexibility.
