Hi I'm Victoria
I’m a Counsellor, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Life Coach, and Yoga Teacher with over 12 years’ experience helping people build confidence, strength, and a healthier relationship with their mind, body, and life goals.
My work is shaped by my own journey — overcoming excess weight and REDs , disordered eating, and low self-esteem due to early life trauma. I understand what it feels like to struggle, and I know what it takes to rebuild from the inside out.
I specialise in therapy, nutrition, muscle development, nervous-system regulation, and long-term behaviour change.
I’ve developed a structure to mental wellbeing, food and training, designed to help you feel stronger, more grounded, and more in control of your health. My methods are practical, consistent, and focused on sustainable habit changes — made slowly and steadily.
What I Offer • 1:1 Personal Training
• Couples and small group training
• Therapeutic Personal Training (PT with integrated therapy to identify and release trauma from the body)
• Nutrition and training plans designed for your body type, goals, experience level, nervous system, and lifestyle (can be integrated with emotional/behavioural support)
• Therapy to help you understand patterns, behaviours, and emotional blocks that affect your mental health, food choices and training. My aim is to teach you how your body works, how to fuel it properly — mentally and physically — and how to train safely and effectively.
I offer a supportive, uplifting space where you can work at your own pace while being guided, encouraged, and challenged.
