About me

To all the lovely people out there who have a thirst for knowledge and fitness, I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer (PT) with over 10 years' experience in a gym environment and know all the limitations of getting that body you've always wanted. I know it sounds like a cliche but I really do know how to get you the body of your dreams! I realise how hard it is to understand your body and know how to apply both exercise and diet into your everyday life in the correct way. There's so much information out there, but I've found ways of not only making it work, but making it work fast.

So there's no time for excuses like work schedules and hectic lifestyles! I also understand those who are anxious about working out in front of people, and try to make people feel at ease. Throughout my winning career of mountain biking trials I've succeeded in numerous professional competitions. I had to test my body by maintaining strength and adapting to this kind of sport. It's hard but it is achievable. I got bigger and stronger which introduced me to the world of body building and I love it! After taking part in many bodybuilding competitions, I've discovered how much I enjoy helping people and assisting with their personal goals.
