I’m passionate personal trainer with the aim to break down barriers that may prevent more women from training regularly in the gym. As women, we may have different fitness goals. Whether more strength training is your priority as a gracefully aging woman to protect your bones takes your fancy. Weight loss to improve your mobility or more cardio based activities to help you train for a 10k run you’ve got round the corner; I take a personalised approach whilst creating fitness programmes. Overall, I’m happy to help you in your fitness journey whether you’re a gym newbie or veteran, wanting to gain strength, improve mobility and many more!
