Hey! I’m AUREED a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for pushing limits and helping others unlock their full potential. Fitness isn’t just a job for me — it’s a lifestyle. I train 6 days a week with a focus on high-intensity, low-volume workouts, taking every set to failure to maximize growth and performance.

Training Philosophy: I believe in quality over quantity — smart programming, proper form, and intensity that challenges both the body and mind. Whether it’s strength training, conditioning, or sport-specific drills, my goal is always to build resilience, improve performance, and achieve lasting results.

Sports & Hobbies: When I’m not lifting, you’ll find me on the football field or the badminton court — I love staying active, competitive, and sharp in multiple disciplines.

Nutrition & Lifestyle: Health starts in the kitchen. I’m passionate about clean eating, fueling my body with nutrient-dense, whole foods to support recovery, muscle growth, and sustained energy.
