I'm here to help you start your fitness journey and fall in love with the gym and working out. I'm brand new to PT but I'm no stranger to health and fitness. I am a regular gym goer and I have been on my own weight loss and wellness journey and have experienced first hand what having a PT can do to help you not just in the gym, but in all areas of your life. I know what it is like to be nervous coming into the gym, not knowing what to do, how the equipment works, that was me, and I turned it all around and I want to help you to do the same. As well as being a qualified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer I am also studying Level 4 Nutrition to support my clients with healthy eating alongside their exercise. On top of that I am a qualified run coach and run leader, I have run the London Marathon twice, countless half marathons, 10 and 5k runs and regularly pace at half marathon events to support runners to achieve their goal. I have also coached several 0-5k groups, so if running a 5k is in your sights and you don't know where to start then I can help you!
