Hi I'm Kam,
My coaching builds strength, resilience and confidence - both physically and mentally. From weight training to boxing, exercise for me has been a powerful and transformative way to be present and connect mind and body. I work to help break down barriers to exercise and hold an inclusive and accessible space. My approach is supportive, trauma-informed and centred on enjoyment. I support clients at all levels, whether you’re new to fitness, returning after a break or managing a health condition.
