About me

I work with people who are new to the gym or getting back into training and want to feel stronger, more confident, and better in themselves — both physically and mentally.

With a background in competitive sport, I understand how powerful movement can be, not just for fitness, but for overall wellbeing. My coaching focuses on building sustainable habits, improving everyday strength, and helping you feel comfortable and confident in and outside of the gym.

I believe training should support your lifestyle, reduce stress, and give you more energy — not feel overwhelming or intimidating. From our first session, my priority is understanding you, your goals, and what will realistically work for you long term.
