Fitness has been a part of my life since I was five. From playing rugby at a semi-professional level with Bristol Rugby Academy to lifting weights in my garage inspired by my older brothers, I’ve experienced every side of fitness.
My journey hasn’t always been straightforward. I’ve been overweight, severely underweight, and even sectioned into a mental health unit due to overtraining and misuse of supplements. Today, I bring every lesson I’ve learned to help people safely and effectively reach their goals, no matter their experience or ability.
I’ve worked in gyms since I was 16, and I also have experience teaching as a secondary school teacher, first aid trainer, and swim instructor. This background gives me a deep understanding of coaching, motivation, and helping people succeed. I specialise in strength and conditioning but have broad knowledge to assist with all fitness goals.
