I have spent 6 years in and out of the gym deciding which styles and techniques were best suited to me.
I was super shy in the beginning but the gym has really bought my confidence to another level.
I’m here to help anyone and everyone whatever the situation may be.
From helping people to achieve fitness goal to helping them with confidence or to push you in the gym if you are feeling confident. My support goes beyond the gym floor.
You will get weekly check ins (in person or face time) I can offer advice on different techniques and styles All I ask is the willingness to commitment If you are ready to kickstart your fitness journey and have commitment to reaching your fitness goal I will be there step of the way.
