My journey into personal training started on the pitch, from a young age I was chasing hockey balls and bowling overs in cricket. I soon realised that the real edge wasn’t just talent, but strength, movement, and mindset. That drive to get stronger, faster, and more resilient evolved into a passion for helping others do the same. With over five years’ experience, I now help people train with purpose, whether you're chasing performance goals or simply want to move better and feel stronger.
