After going through my own challenges with health and fitness, from body image pressures and extremes of exercise, to all the noise and confusion that often surrounds fitness, I want to help others find a more balanced, enjoyable approach and enjoy the journey not just the destination. My coaching is built around progression over perfection. I’m here to help you move more, feel stronger, build healthy habits, and get more from life. I believe fitness should enhance your life, not take it over. I love combining strength training, which is essential for long-term joint health, bone density and mobility, with movement you genuinely enjoy. Whether that’s the gym sessions, home workouts, classes, running or walking we’ll find what works for YOU! This is your journey, we’ll make it empowering not intimidating.
