Hey I’m Kayleigh,
I got into training around 3-4 years ago when I was going through a rough time personally, firstly got into it just as a hobby to take my mind off life for a moment and have 1 hour to myself in the gym. After a few weeks I decided to get a personal trainer, I was with her for 3 months and it completely changed my whole mindset on training, I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t get one.
I realised how much training helps with mental health, I started making different life decisions to Match up with the goals I wanted to achieve in the gym, I was starting to look and feel a lot better in myself, I become more confident, started to learn alot about food & focused on cooking healthier meals. Going to the gym is part of who I am and I will always be in the gym for as long as I can.
Now I’m so much happier and much more confident in the gym, I’ve completely transformed my body over the last 3 and half years to look how I look now. I wanted a specific look and that’s exactly what I’ve done, I’ve achieved my goal now I am just maintaining my shape to look and feel good.
As I’ve done for myself I would love to help others do the same thing, if you are wanting a change and you can be dedicated then I will be there making sure you get there.
