I am a level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with over 16 years of experience in weight training and exercise. I studied sports & exercise science at Liverpool John Moores University and bring a disciplined, results-driven approach shaped by my time serving in the British Army as a Petroleum Operative. I specialise in strength & conditioning, muscle building, fat loss and kettlebell training, using structured, military-influenced methods to build both physical capability and mental resilience. My passion is helping people achieve their goals through consistent training, accountability, and hard work, delivering results that last.
