I’m a personal trainer with a passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident — not just in the gym, but in everyday life. My involvement in fitness is influenced by previous experience in nursing and current training as a Sport and Exercise Psychologist. This role focuses on understanding the relationship between mental and emotional factors and aspects such as motivation, performance, and wellbeing. I approach coaching with a person-centred method, adapting strategies to suit each individual's specific needs, goals, and circumstances to provide appropriate support throughout their process. My Approach Beginning or maintaining a fitness program can at times seem daunting. Therefore, I prioritise understanding your individual needs before collaborating with you to develop a tailored plan that is realistic, supportive, and motivating.
