Hi, I’m Sarah,
For a long time, I struggled with confidence in my own body and never felt comfortable in the gym. Like many people I tried different approaches, but nothing felt safe, sustainable or supportive. That changed when I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis and told I could one day need a wheelchair. This forced me to rethink how I trained, how I looked after my body, and what progress really meant. Instead of pushing harder, I learned how to train smarter – building strength that supported my joints, reduced injury and improved my confidence for the long term.
Who I help I work with people who: Feel unsure or intimidated in the gym. Want to build strength, without injury. Don’t know where or how to start. You don’t need to be fit already, just ready for a safe place to begin.
My Approach Supportive, structured training that focuses on: Understanding why you’re training. Building confidence session by session. Clear guidance on the gym floor.
