Hi, I'm zin: A qualified personal trainer who knows first-hand how life-changing fitness can be. I went through my own weight loss journey, and each step made me feel more alive, confident, and energised. Feeling stronger in everyday life opened my eyes to how important it is to stay fit and healthy — not just for the body, but for the mind too. After achieving my weight loss goals, I went through a weight gain and strength-building phase, which taught me the value of patience, discipline, and proper nutrition. Through that experience, I developed expert knowledge in both fat loss and muscle gain, giving me the tools to support you no matter where you are starting from.
My training philosophy is simple: focus on the areas you enjoy most, because that’s what keeps you consistent. I’m hands-on, highly motivational and someone who tends to get fully involved in each session, pushing my clients to go further while keeping it fun and rewarding. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or rediscover your motivation, I'll be there to support you. Theres a training plan for everyone. My job is to ensure you find the one you'll stick to and love.
