Hi I'm Charlie,
I got into fitness during the COVID pandemic, and it quickly changed the direction of my life.
What started as improving my health became a passion for strength, discupline and mindset. I've since joined the British Army, where i've built resilience, consistancy and the ability to push beyond limits.
That's how i coach today - supportive, but with honest accountability. My focus is helping you build habit that last, not just quick fixes.
With 7 years' experience as a chef, i also bring a practical approach to nutrition - making it simple, effective and realistic around busy schedules.
I specialise in helping beginners build confidence, lose fat, and develop strength that lasts.
